42. Expansive convos must be reserved for the expanders, let’s talk standards.

In this episode I want to talk about your standards (aka your boundaries), how to find the areas you need to double down on and where you may have let them slide when you shouldn’t have, as well as how this might be affecting your money goals, business goals and personal goals.

We dive deep into the following:

  • If you aren’t making the kind of money you desire too right now, you feel overwhelmed, stuck, confused, in a state of analsysis paralysis, then chances are your standards need some adjusting.

  • Have you audited your inner circle and have expanders around you to speak about the big vision?

  • The levels of conversation you have and don’t have need to be selective depending on who is engaged.

  • There is nothing wrong with having leaky boundaries unless you are aware of them and choose not to do anything about it then complain.

  • What to do if you want this year to feel different and more expansive than the last few have been.

  • Identifying where you might have been dropping the ball.

  • The three key factors as to why we don’t take action and allow ourselves to have a pity party instead of leading ourselves through it.

  • Setting standards around how you treat yourself, how others treat you, how you run your life, how you manage your business, these are crucial if you are on the pursuit of success and happiness.

  • Being a former people pleaser, I see now how much I used to sh*t on myself.

And so much more, so please check this ep out, be sure to subscribe and leave a review as there are so many juicy conversations coming your eay this year and a lot more transparency and vulnerability.
